What’s New
Marrose Abrasives launch V- Groove Polishing Wheel after completing customer test program.

Rubber Bonded Abrasive Products offer controlled metal removal, are easily shaped to any profile for example screw threads or radii on aerospace components such as turbine blades and give a higher degree of polish than a grinding wheel or abrasive belt of the same grit size. In addition heat stresses can be removed from the metal surface and surface finish parameters other than Ra are modified to give better bearing and wear properties.

Applications

Polishing, Buffing,Deburring and Light metal removal on All ferrous/non ferrous metals, including Stainless,Nimonic,Titanium aircraft/engine parts, Jewellery, Injection & Compression moulding dies/tools, Engineers hand tools(spanners, wrenches,etc).
